This location is a trustworthy place to bring your vehicle. Great deals on tires and I've never felt I was being sold something vs. what was needed or what I came for. I appreciate Calvin and Team.

wow - wow - wow i have had quite the road trip this weekend for a basketball tournament in Ohio and of course there was a flat in the middle of the night on the way back to my hotel - after the nightmare of getting my spare on - i called the only Tire place that was open on a sunday morning which just so happened to be the Firestone on Anchor Drive in Hamilton - the young lady on the phone (Sarah) was more than understanding and was willing to help us navigate the situation - she got us scheduled in between my daughter’s basketball tournament times so she wouldn't miss her games and even worked on the price a bit for us because of my veteran status. We arrived at our appointment and prepared for a bit of a wait - but she was able to get us in a little earlier than expected so we just hung around and waited in the shopping center for a bit. When we came back from getting some lunch we had an issue - the lugnuts that came off the truck wouldnt go back on and that meant that i would have to buy replacements. Given our financial situation after such an unexpected cost (on an already financially straining trip) she was able to do us a solid and work a solution that made both of us ver

I brought my son’s car to this location and it was barely running and Sarah helped us even though it was a few minutes after closing! She was so kind and helpful and calm! I really hope her manager sees this because she is amazing!

Calvin was incredibly helpful today when I came in about an alignment I had at a different auto shop. He got my car in the bay quickly and was able to run an alignment check within 30 minutes of my arrival. He and the tech were honest and did not push for upsells at all. They got me taken care of quickly. In and out in about an hour. My car drives great now with zero issues. Thank you so much again to Calvin and team!

Including Cal and Sara, who are the two front office managers have helped me out here so many times and I’ve been dealing with Firestone including having a CFNA account for 22 years. I’m not such a happy camper with CFNA bank, but Firestone itself has been amazing to me all these years. Highly highly recommend recommended they’re honest they’re not gonna give you on labor. They’re not gonna give you on cost. They’re gonna be honest they’re gonna honor their warranties all of the above.
